"This was a very nice property but I had thought it was going to be 5-stars (western standards). The staff was mixed. Nice front desk but less nice recreation area and hot spring front desk. Overall the facility was a bit tired but the springs were nice and the buffet was quite large and varied. The rooms were clean modern and spacious. "

"Cleanliness of the changing rooms to the hot springs needs to be improved. There was a used mask in the male steam room and an opened bottle of water on the table which were still there on the next day. Staff were attentive in the dining room and took away the dirty dishes promptly. "

"Very quiet neighborhood, the receptionist gave me a corner room with two sides big windows. Super Mountain View for my lovely two days stay. Next door with a restaurant which I didn’t have chance to try yet. Several buses are just in walking distance. Truly recommend the travelers if with budget. "

"Not many food establishments nearby. On some nights, spent at Louisa Cafe, 3 mins walk from hotel. This hotel location is close to Taipei Zoo and Taipei 101 via the public bus. Lots of 7-11 stores near the hotel. Hotel room is spacious, fully equip, very new and facilities are top notch. Recommended, if distance to city is not a concern. Good times!"

"We arrived 2 hours before check in. The hotel let us leave our suitcase in their secure storage area before checking in and lent us bicycles to explore the countryside while we wait. The staff are very helpful and made the experience amazing overall. Another thing to note was the clean and relaxing common areas. Our room was spacious and clean, along with the balcony and the bathroom with the onsen. The breakfast was amazing and original, not generic like most hotels. In conclusion, the...

"We had an impromptu overnight stay from Taipei and found this place on the Expedia app. The place was very clean, the staff very solicitous, the breakfast buffet was inexpensive and delicious. Best of all, my family absolutely loved the pools."
