Amazing hotel great location love the view of Taipei 101

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms were big . The view was fab and the hotel was well placed to get around .

Okura group is always the best in quality of cleanliness, interior decoration of the hotel and the food of buffet breakfast and also the services provided at Wellness level. Brilliant.

Great visit convenient

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The lobby is very well designed and staff is very professional and friendly. We love the fact that we could get coffee and food in Starbucks. And it is super close to a MRT station and Taipei centre. Also, they provide gym and self service laundry. The view from our room is great. We were very pleased with the hotel and glad to stay there for our Taipei trip. Highly recommend if it fits your budget.

The Regent was in a great area, very close to the Zongahsan metro for the Red and Green lines which can take you to most of the major sites in Taipei. There are 2 7/11's next to the hotel and a laundry a 5 minute walk away (we did 2 full loads washed and tumble dried for the price of 1 pair of underwear at the hotel - just saying!) There are loads of restaurants, fast food places, shops and bars. The hotel itself is very nice for Taipei, but not as good as a 5 Star you'd get in another...

Hotel room has great view of Taipei 101. Staff are really nice and services are brilliant. Our trip was disrupted by the Heathrow closure, so was delayed for 1 day. The hotel team was brilliant and accommodating, allowing us to cancel one night despite very short notice. The location is walkable, but a little far from MRT station (~10 minutes walk).

Hotel very centrally located in Ximen, steps away from the MRT, connecting you to the blue and green lines. Equally right on the doorstep of Ximen nightlife. The hotel its self is very clean and well maintained, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Choice of breakfast was quite varied, however you needed to be an early riser as it ended at 10am sharp.

Excellent location, fairly close to main station and airport express (15-20 mins walk). Very clean and modern medium sized hotel. The rooms had nice decor with large TVs and multi language channels. We had twin beds which were larger than normal singles. Although we were told there were no single use amenities, there were dispensing shampoo, conditioner and shower wash, as well as coffee, tea and water jugs to get hot and cold water from the dispensers.
