The room was very comfortable and the staff was amazing. The only complaint would be the in house restaurants. I would not eat at any of them again and would rate them a 3.5 out of 5 if asked for too many reasons to write here.

Very convenient location to walk,bus,train to go anywhere. The hotel is 5 stars from the staffs to room really big, clean ,well maintaining. We have stayed here so many times. Only negative is check out at 11:00 little too early for us. We thought with platinum member from Expedia we could ask for 2 extra hours late check out but 4 straight times in last 4 times staying there they always turned us down. Thanks again for everything
