Friendly front desk staff. However, there are two major issues that need to be aware of. Firstly, their staff only on site from 7:30am to 7:30pm. Our flight arrived at night and fortunately we speak mandarin to know that we need to go to a nearby hotel to check in and get keys for the room. Secondly, we stayed several weeks and, according to the photos and descriptions at Expedia at the time, they supposed to offer laundry facilities on site. But, after we checked in, the staff told us that they closed their laundry room months ago and the nearest laundromat is about a mile away. Otherwise, the facilities are a little old and need some more maintenance and renovations. The location is great and convenient. The management, when they are on site, is also on par.
