This was my 3rd time living here. The staff was excellent, professional, and friendly. The mountain view is fantastic. They provide a shuttle bus from Taipei main station to their hotel, and it is very convenient for people who travel. However, the facilities are kind of old. The buffet was okay, not really beyond what I expected.
