Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and tidy. My kids love the free access to hot spring and have lots of fun there. The resort’s facilities are its greatest strength: multiple pools and hot‑spring baths, a spacious Jacuzzi, and a spiral water slide that turned out to be just as entertaining for adults as it was for the kids. After long hours splashing around, we sank gratefully into spotless rooms with large, comfortable king‑size beds. The accommodations, though clean and well kept, did have a few quirks. Space felt tight once all our luggage was in, the glass‑walled bathroom offered little privacy, and the view from our window was limited to the rooftop rather than any scenery.
