"A beautiful hotel and grounds with very friendly and helpful staff. The grounds and pool are superb and the hotel is a very short walk from both the beach and the local busses."

"Really lovely hotel with fabulous staff. I opted for breakfast only as there are some great restaurants within walking distance. The royal level pool is really nice and you can order drinks via the app if you download it. The other part of the hotel has a nice pool bar as well. Well located, about 25 mins walk to both Playa del Inglés (though the walk back up the hill wasn’t the best in the heat) and the Dunes which were spectacular at sunrise. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to and from the beach...

"Such a lovely, serene, quiet hotel, right in the centre of town, not that you’d know it. Super close to the Yumbo and the beach. Great staff, fabulous breakfast, wonderful cocktails and our room had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Very friendly, dedicated and professional hotel staff. The food was excellent, they offered a variety of different dishes. There are also vegan options like soy milk for your Cappuccino. Every evening live singers play in the nice hotel bar. We enjoyed that a lot! The location is really good - the beach is just across the streets. I can only recommend the hotel. "

"Overall ok ,food was of poor quality ,too much fried or deep fried , hot plates were not hot , all food that was supposed to be hot was like warm at best. The facilities were generally good , pools , terrace es and furniture,general outside areas, and clean and litter free,however ,lots of cats around ,and in the heat a pungent smell of cat poo around gardens . Drinks in all cases were poor quality. Rooms were spacious and the bathroom had shower and baths in them . Overall would not book again...
