Tiene un gran problema, y es que la factura no la entregan en el check Out, dicen que la envian por email, requisito que en el caso de un viaje de negocios, es algo prioritario, y la idea no es estar llamando después del viaje para pedir la factura. Nose cual sea la razón para no imprimir la factura y entregarla en el check Out, pero en mi caso, ese detalle, me esta trayendo...

"This hotel’s location is excellent. . The staff and services are great but their rooms need upgrading. I have stayed here once before and the first room on a top floor was nice and had a remodeled bathroom. This last stay I was on the 4th floor and the bathroom was tint and needed upgrading. All in all I will continue to stay at this hotel because I love the area but next time will make sure to request an upper floor room. "
