Great property for a convention, group event, or weekend in São Paulo but not a safe neighborhood for walking. The TAXI stand is just outside the lobby and it feels a world away from the safety of the hotel. Great restaurant on site, but the bar was closed for some weird reason when we stayed.

Beautiful location on Augusta. Close to amazing food, cultural sites, Paulista Ave is close, clubs, bakeries etc. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable if you have questions about your stay or the area. I will be back.

The safe didn't work in my room. The front desk said they'd send somebody by to fix it (room 2204) and they never did. The doors don't close properly, there are clearly marks on the room doors off people trying to break in. This hotel does not take security seriously.

Excelento opção na região central de SP

Hotel antigo, mas em ótimo estado e com grande história e personalidades do Brasil e do Mundo. Localização central, próximo ao metrô e de tudo da região central de SP. Segunda vez que fico e não me arrependo. Ponto negativo é a região, seja dia ou noite, com os furtos, principalmente, de celular, mas aí não é responsabildiade do hotel e "apenas" tendo cuidado nada ocorre.
