The b&b is located in a trashy area which feels absolutely unsafe. The staff, although nice, don’t speak English! The bedsheets were barely large enough so every night it was a struggle to sleep correctly. The view is horrible and it’s very noisy at night! And it’s a long way from the city centre ! All in all not a good place to stay to discover the city. I don’t understand why it got more than 6 in ratings !

They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. Otherwise the hotel was modern, rooms were clean with a minor ant issue in the bathroom, and next door to the luz station which made traveling the city and airport easy.

Localizado bem no centro da cidade, estação de metrô bem em frente. Os arredores não são uma maravilha, mas o hotel é excelente, desde atendimento na chegada. Quarto é pequeno, porém pelo padrão econômico do hotel, sem problemas. Camas confortáveis, ar condicionado ótimo, sem problemas com água quente no chuveiro tbm. Ficaria sempre por lá sem problemas !!! E um ponto positivo é que o hotel é tudo moderno, visto que maioria de hoteis pelo centro da cidade são bem antigos.

Bem localizado, mas limpeza merece atenção
Limpeza precisa de atenção. Lençóis estavam manchados, móveis com poeira, o serviço de quarto apenas tira o lixo e estende o lençol, não limparam de fato o quarto. O café é gostoso, tem boas opções para diversos gostos. A localização é boa, muito próximo a estação da Luz e também bem servido de linhas de ônibus
