Great location a block from Avenida Paulista. Two min walk from a subway station and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The area around it is safe and staff members are very kind and helpful.

Great apartment and amenities. Loved the shower and bathroom. The one bedroom condo was spacious and well decorated. Staff were attentive and very professional. Loved this property and will stay again when I return to Sao Paulo.

I love this property. You get a whole apartment with a balcony for a really great price. The pool upstairs is just wonderful. The apartment itself depends on whether you get a renovated unit or not. I’ve stayed here before and I had a renovated unit, but this time I had an older unit that hasn’t been renovated all the same. It’s really good. It’s just a little old.

Nice unit but for electrical issues

The electric in my unit was defective. After 5 minutes or so the circuit breakers would have an issue and most of the lights go out. Every day a problem. The unit itself was nice . Kitchen living room bedroom and bath . The staff was very nice

Top location, old hotel.

Clearly it was a great hotel back in the days. Now it is very old and in urgent need of a revamping. Service, breakfast and location are however up to standard.

Precisa urgentemente de reforma, vários pontos do quarto precisando de manutenção, teto do banheiro mofado. Quase não tem tomadas no quarto e o colchão deixa a desejar. Apesar de ser um apart hotel, não havia nenhum utensílio na cozinha, somente dois copos. A localização é boa e o café da manhã é honesto. A equipe da recepção é muito atenciosa.

Os quartos que nos colocaram dessa vez eram velhos. Os banheiros antigos com banheiras e cortinas que apresentavam mofos .Já havíamos ficado lá anteriormente mas os quartos estavam reformados. Solicitamos a troca mas fomos informados que não havia nenhuma disponibilidade além daquela. Realmente não indico, não vale a pena, melhor ficar em hotel de rede maior pois o padrão é mantido, existem vários nas proximidades e a um custo bem semelhante.

A localização é fantástica, bem perto da Av. Paulista e estação do metrô. O quarto é bem espaçoso e a vista da varanda é excelente. Por outro lado, as dependências são antigas e os equipamentos do quarto não ganham a manutenção devida (tomada solta, porta do frigobar quebrada). Os funcionários apenas desempenham seu trabalho, não se esforçam em entregar um atendimento gentil. O barulho do hotel ao lado é um elemento crítico, pois as festas seguem até a madrugada com som alto.
