Great location! Staff & services are amazing specially the restaurant manger ( Francinaldo). The room is big & comfortable, great shower This is my second time and l will always coming back again. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

The room was great! Stuff very friendly! There was a renovation construction but it didn’t affect me. Walkable streets, close to the shopping Ibirapuera, and many others places. I recommend it to everyone.

Satisfatória pela qualidade do quarto, um pouco bagunçado por estar em obras, café da manhã muito bom, não concordei quando solicitei à recepção um envio de duas xicaras (vazias) ao meu quarto e fui alertado sobre uma taxa no valor de R$17,00 para atendimento ao meu pedido. Achei abusivo tal cobrança.

A estadia foi bem abaixo do esperado. O maior problema foi a limpeza: o pessoal simplesmente não limpava os quartos, mesmo após eu ter solicitado. Além disso, a cama era extremamente desconfortável. Eles pegaram duas camas de solteiro, juntaram e disseram que era de casal, mas fica aquele espaço no meio, o que torna muito ruim para dormir. Esses pontos realmente prejudicaram minha experiência no local.
