Horrible staff, lineups for checking. Old hotel. Isn't what the pictures show at all. The water coming from the room smells bad, outdated bathroom, shower, the towels disgustingly old, looked liked rags. Disgusting breakfast. I asked for no lactose milk, and they didn't have. The worst coffee i ever tasted, and of course threw away. I had to have breakfast somewhere else.

Pontos positivos: O hotel é bom, bem localizado, funcionários solícitos, o quarto é limpo, chuveiro quente, tem secador (o que facilita muito), elevadores rápidos, café da manhã bom, serviço de quarto ok. Pontos negativos: Água do banheiro todo (chuveiro e pia) com cheiro muito forte de mofo, o jantar de meia pensão é muito simples, sobremesa e entrada (mesma salada com muito alface e duas rodelas de tomate todos os dias) não foram legais, não achei que compensou. Os lanches disponibilizados para compra no quarto, são ABSURDAMENTE caros.

Check in e checkout extremamente demorados, fila no saguão ia até a porta. O café da manhã um caos, sem lugar para sentar e qdo consegue lugar, as filas para se servir faz a gente desistir de comer. Fila de espera para o elevador de 15 min. No quarto a cama é boa, no entanto não tem tomadas ao lado das camas, e o banheiro além de ser antigo é encardido, não possui boa condição de limpeza. Não indico este hotel.
