"The room and the grounds were excellent. Evening meal, although the menu was basic and limited, the food was good. Breakfast was chaotic, just given a couple of menus and told to find a table. Shortage of breakfast items with staff not replenishing them. Had to get a chair for my table. Check out was worse, six people waiting to check out with only one member of staff at the desk who was on the phone for over 5 minutes while people were waiting to settle their bills. "Stayed here for a couple of nights and can not complain. The spa was very relaxing, I had a massage and a swim/sauna afterwards. The food was superb, breakfast and dinner were both amazing. My room was quiet and had everything I needed, blackout curtains and comfy bed meant a great night's sleep. The staff are incredible and really made my stay that much more enjoyable. I will definitely stay again. Thank you Barton Manor. "
