"Das Hotel und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Auch das Zimmer und das Frühstück sind 5/5 Sterne wert. Das Abendessen im Restaurant hat uns leider nicht überzeugt (schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis). Und beim Wellness-Bereich ist auch noch Luft nach oben. Hierfür leider nur 3/5 Sterne. "

Did not work Very well requested maintenance but still warm front desk was very nice to offer a summer blanket instead of the goose down winter blankets on the bed, which helped the only other issue...

"Staff was not around when there were 5 guests including me waiting for check in at 8PM. They only left a sign asking guests to call a local phone number if they require assistance. Why does the hotel expect guests to pay mobile roaming charges to request staff just to get checked in? Luckily one of the guests called and was able to get someone help us after 30 minutes of standing. For the room, chairs and sofa were dirty and had stains over them. "I stayed here on business for one night. Safe under-cover garage parking, a good choice of food and drinks. The room was clean and comfortable. Room rate includes access to the Bad Orb swimming pools and also the FKK Sauna area directly connected to the Hotel. Breakfast was great with cold meats and also a range of hot foods both buffet style. "
