Nice walk to Frankfurt old town. Amenities close by example lidls for breakfast items or a lovely supermarket about a 7 minute walk, one small comment breakfast was €23 per person which was a bit steep so we opted to eat out. It's clean, fun, convenient. I typically don't rent a car when I'm in town (although they do have off-street parking) so it's important that the hotel have good access to transit options. And there were always e-scooters nearby as well! The Moxy is also close to an excellent grocery store and restaurants, plus they have breakfast and snacks/drinks in the hotel.
