"Amazing stay, the location was perfect! The room was great. The only issue was the water pressure in the shower and the sink in the bathroom. They both were very little to none. The shower grout was cracked and busted, the ceiling looked like there was past water damage and a quick fix was done. Other than that it was fine "

"We liked that it was in Times Square but it wasn’t as crowded as it was in the “epicenter” of Times Square. Great breakfast. Fast and easy check-in. "

"Good location right in Times Square. Not sure why we were charged extra for “free waters” and WiFi. Just put it in the overall room charge and not a hidden fee at check in. I also booked for 4 people and daily we were left with three towels. Why? Why should we need to call every day for one more towel? Facilities are clean. Rooms are small but likely comparable to all hotels in the area. Would be great to have subway maps or other general information on navigation around the city handy to grab. "

"Sidney was great! Welcomed my wife and I into the hotel and held our bags until our room was ready. We arrived early. Easy walk to Times Square and the subway. Would definitely stay here again "
