"Stay was great! Welcoming receptionists and felt very safe as the lock the main doors at 11pm. Pool services were great and very clean and with great equipment. Quilt was ripped slightly but didn't bother us as we had a free upgrade when we arrived. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to come back "

"It’s a beautiful hotel within walking distance to Roman Baths and Bath Abbey and lots of shopping and restaurants. We didn’t much care for the breakfast buffet and parking was a little tricky as they were working on the roads."

"Great location and cool historical building. Breakfast was good. Underground parking was convenient. Within walking distance of a lot of food and attractions. Ice machines didn’t work well. Beds were a little hard. Some front desk staff weren’t very friendly. E.g. at one point my two sons and I were walking back in past the front desk and the staffer confronted us about where we thought we were going - assuming we weren’t staying there I guess. Overall was a nice stay. "

"We have stayed here before. This time check in was thankfully very quick which has not always been the case. Why they cannot get consistent with this I don't know. Restaurant particularly good, partly because we sat outside on the terrace in the fine weather. "

"The hotel is very 2024. Pros: The room was accommodating and The receptionist who checked us in was very helpful. The leisure was impressive. The gave us towels and wrist bands for lockers they had a dryer machine for clothes They had a a dyson hair dryer and straighter avaliable. The floors were dried straight away by staff. They had a Adult hour which gave us more room to swim. Our toilet was dirty when we came to the room. The Breakfast was not organised for the amount of people...

"Great choice for staying the night before an early flight. Rooms are clean and spacious. Complimentary drink and cookie at check in are a really nice touch and very much appreciated. We didn’t use the bar on site as there was a wedding, but it’s close by to a couple of great pubs. "
