"The room was in a nice quiet part of the hotel and although we didn’t use all of the facilities those on offer were exceptional. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very welcoming and helpful. "We had a great stay at the BW Ipswich. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and airy. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Car park conveniently in front of reception. "Really good hotel which is on the other side of the car park to the pub. Very modern looking building. Rooms were clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. Found it really quiet during the night. Pub is handy. It is a good 25 minute walk from the town centre. "

"Reception were not on top of things. I made a booking of two rooms and used my credit card as a guarantee. I informed the lady at the reception that only one room should be booked on my card and so did my colleague. However, they still charged both rooms to my credit card! "

"Every thing was great all but not being able to have a swim, we were informed when we inquired about if we could swim ,and that we would have to book a swim and there was no availability for a swim, which was a shame as this was the only reason we booked here in the first place, looked a lovely pool "
