"You advertised this hotel as 4 star well it’s not 4 star it would be lucky to be 1 star We were told on arrival that we would have to clean our own rooms. And if we wanted the towels or bed linen changed we would have to pay 10 euros a day for that service and when we said how do we clean the rooms they charged 40 Euros for supplying a broom a bucket and mop and a hover. Oh and when we opened the room NO AIR CONDITIONING 4 star hotel JOKE ,,"

"A notre arrivé très surpris car les photos ne correspondait pas à la réalité des choses ! Quand vous passez par Expedia ou booking sachez que vous aurez les mobile home des propriétaires !!!!! Pour ma part je ne savais pas ! Nous avons eu un mobil home au départ très très très sale j’en ai fait part à la responsable qui a pu nous faire changer de mobil home heureusement. L’animation bof bof Deux piscine glaciale ! Celle des bebe très sale !!! Alors les sanitaires de la piscine à fuir !!!!!...

"We loved our stay at this hotel. The warm friendly greetings from the reception staff alone is enough to make us want to stay again. The hotel has a perfect view of the beach and it's literally right on the beach front and also has multiple restaraunts within 5 minutes walk. We will return here soon."

From the moment of your arrival the staff are courteous welcoming friendly and helpful. This continued throughout our stay and we had a truly fabulous time. There are plenty of alternative places to stay but for so many reasons we shall be looking to return as soon as we can. "Et erverdig jotell. Gammelt slott/gods. Fin park rundt hotellet. Lå ved en elv. Store rom og godt bad. Gammel stil, men sånn må det være. Veldig bra middag. I gourmet klasse. Et litt tettsted rett ved. 5 min. Gange. Ikke lett å finne, men vel verdt letingen. "

"Even though the hotel was absolutely gorgeous. We arrived at 2 PM and the reception was closed. We were under the impression that we wouldn't be able to check in until 4 PM; not that there wouldn't be anyone there at all."
