"The staff we encountered were all lovely. So pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. We had a bath with shower over, always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good. The man from Liverpool was so cheerful and welcoming each morning, a great start to the day. Had food and drinks in the bar which we enjoyed. Would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. "

The bedroom was clean with fresh sheets; however, the stained carpet was off‑putting. You would expect an IHG‑owned hotel to invest in proper industrial carpet cleaning. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the tram stop and the Trafford Centre. Parking was only £5 per night, which I think is very good value"
