"We can recommend this hotel unreservedly. Staff went out of their way to help us with our problems and make us comfortable. We first had to change our reservation due to the train strike and Joey took care of that, next we wanted twin instead of double beds and Emily took care of that. Everytime we asked for help they were able to do something. The hotel is very conveniently located in the high street, clean and welcoming. Food in the bar is excellent."

"What a lovely hotel - couldn't fault it. Had never heard of the brand of hotel before, but all was good. Very quiet hotel so had a peaceful sleep. We eat there too and again, couldn't fault the food or staff - would definitely use this brand of hotel again"

Swan nesting nearby was an added attraction. An improvement could be made to the continental breakfast, not up to Premier Inn standards"

"A fun building dating at one end around 1600 and the other 2016. The Tudor bits are wobbly and pokey as you would expect. The modern bits, modern. Helpful staff and a kitchen that poached eggs nicely for breakfast. For a budget option, this is a good stay. "

Probably wouldn't book again due to the parking but im a 'parking snob' and have a LWB van so after a 12 hour day dont want to be walking half a mile to my hotel plus have the van on the side of the street. "It as a beautiful 1400 Grade 1-listed building, which was great, but I had problems with the shower. In my initial room the water was lukewarm at best. I was moved to another where the water was hot but the shower was weak. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was good. They had soya milk for my coffee."

"The White Hart is a lovely hotel and pub set in the charming village of Coggeshell. We stayed bed and breakfast for 2 nights. The manageress, Nicky, and her staff were welcoming, pleasant and friendly. Our room was clean, inviting and quiet; the bed was especially comfortable, and we slept well both nights. We really enjoyed our breakfasts, there was lots of choice for both the continental style and the cooked breakfasts, the food was of good quality and plentiful. We can heartily recommend...
