"The overall stay was great and met our family's needs for 2 nights, however upon check in, they could not locate my reservation although I did have a confirmation. There was an issue between the hotel and Hotels.com with my booking. After 30 min, they were able to resolve. Staff was friendly and apologetic. Complimentaty breakfast was nice and convenient, but food could have been a touch better/fresher, but overall gets the job done. Would stay here again!"

"Property was very nice, we enjoyed our stay here. The only down side for us was the bed mattress were way to hard and the person next to us coughed all night long so definitely thin walls. Other than that staff was super helpful and nice along with the shuttle driver. I hope he didn’t get in trouble, when leaving airport a guy hit the back of the hotel shuttle was definitely the other persons fault not the driver! He was very nice and made sure we were okay. "The LAX are is generally difficult lately, due to the heavy amount of construction and poor signage. The Hyatt did make it quite effortless to park once we found our way there."

"Hot water is problematic in the morning, as we stayed on an upper floor. On the other hand, we would stay there again because it's in a great neighborhood close to friends. Parking is easy with the valet and you can hop on the highway easily. Coincidentally, there's a good breakfast place in the building that's been in a zillion movies. And as a bonus, it has a really good intimate bar we stopped in more than one night! It's kind of an industrial-looking area, but I like that look. Staff...
