"We had a few of issues to begin with which were sorted out quickly and efficiently, a front room which was changed to a back room, a TV remote that wasn't working (they changed the batteries) and a cloudy lager that was exchanged with no quibbles. "Loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of Bath with plenty of restaurants to choose from close by. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, more so than in many more expensive hotels we have stayed in. Rooms are compact and basic although very cleverly designed. It’s a comfortable bed to sleep in with a good shower. Suited us as we are usually out touring all day. "
