"The guesthouse has its own parking under canopy and is gated. Our room was a separate lodge in the grounds. Breakfast was cooked to order with a wide range of cold options too. Great wi-fi and TV provided."

"Property was nice and relaxing; the Elephants at the pool were amazing. Food was good but a menu should be provided at dinner given you order your main course at lunch, and by dinner time you have forgotten what each course is. A couple of times I didn't like the dessert, and if I had had a menu I would have realized and not had the dessert, and therefore not wasted food. Housekeeping may need to be more diligent with the mosquito net as it's opened while guests are out on their morning game...

"Loved my two night stay here. A tidy little hotel with small but functional and comfortable rooms. Great pressure in the shower. Lots of hot water. Nicely sound proofed so did not hear other guests slamming doors or chatting in the corridors which usually happens in many hotels. Also did not hear the traffic outside considering the hotel is positioned on a busy road. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was underwhelming."

"I truly enjoyed my experience at the lodge. It is the perfect getaway as you're close to Malelane Gate. It's also very clean and tidy. The self-catering is a wonderful option, but there is also a restaurant when you don't feel like cooking. The spa is absolutely amazing with the friendliest staff working there."

"The unit itself was clean & functional. What I disliked was I booked a unit with private pool & paid extra yet was unable to utilise the pool as it was very dirty with tissues & debris. The water & surface was also not clean. I did let them know & have followed up with a request for a refund of the extra I paid but no response over one week later….."

"It was great to be able to stay over and hike the next day. There is a shop on the premises but it closed before we arrived. The apartment was clean and easy to use. No coffee pot (or French press), but instant is available. The hiking was great!"
