"My stay at Nant Ddu Lodge Hotel & Spa (pronounced ‘Nan-thee’) was truly memorable. The food was absolutely amazing—every meal was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The hotel itself was comfortable, cozy, and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat. The spa was fully booked during my stay, but the staff went above and beyond to fit me in for a massage—and I’m so glad they did! It was just what I needed. What really stood out overall was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and genuinely helpful. It felt like a home away from home. "I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). "
