"Hotel is clean, staffs are very polite and fast. Walking distance to Matsumoto Castle and other food places. The price is quite reasonable. "

"There are two Englishlanguage channels on TV, CNN-J and NHK ( dubbed). But there is no instruction how to select English. As default, CNN is in dubbed Japanese."

"Convenient for public transport and the castle was within walking distance. Unfortunately i was given a smoking room which stank like an old ashtray. The room was heavily nicotine stained and even after using freshner it still smelt.the Free breakfast was limited in choice and not topped up, so first in best selection. The staff are friendly and helpful and i will stay here again but i will specify a non smking room."
