Good food court, restaurants and variety of shops within the resort makeup for the lack of any sign of vibrancy or convenience stores in the village. Everything was reasonably priced. The onsen baths are very basic and have a small capacity given the huge resort complex. Hotel staff were fantastic."

Hotels.com doesn't handle international travel well as they didn't put in that the room we chose was double occupancy. It's not in our receipt which is telling me that it probably got lost in the email to the hotel. It's in the app but apparently that wasn't relayed to the hotel. When we checked in, the reception said it was for single occupancy although we paid the double rate already...
