Room is clean and size is just nice for Japan standard. Check in and check out were very fast with machine. Breakfast was mainly Japanese food. Toiletries and tea powder were placed in the lobby for self service. Good Japanese system but must get used to it. Customer service is not provided or offered in this hotel. Customers do the check in and checkout themselves on a machine and if you arrive 10 or 15 minutes earlier from check-in time (3pm) you are told to wait until check-in time. No appreciation how far you've come from you have to wait! And this is the service in this hotel. Only water is free everything else you pay.
