Sadly our experience was mixed, partly because one room was beautifully clean whilst the other wasn't - the unclean one; the carpet had crumbs all over it, the bathroom was dirty with toothpaste in the sinks, and the glasses had lipstick on them. "A hotel with a labyrinth of corridors! Room was mostly clean, good shower, comfy bed but mould near the ceiling on 2 walls. Breakfast was not that good tbh, sour milk and suspiciously quick full English which looked like it was pre cooked & heated up."

"An amazing stay! 13th century building but rooms very modern. Staff excellent, extremely friendly and helpful. Came down late for breakfast on our 2nd day, no problem, a full English breakfast was provided for us. Fantastic, couldn't recommend highly enough. I'll be back. 10 out 10"
