There was dust and fluff all around the bedroom floor. And on the third day, they change our bed cover with one that was clean but was ripped in the middle. Also, at breakfast apart from vegetarian sausages, all the meat options were pork products, with no chicken or turkey important if one doesn’t eat...

"The hotel was excellent, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was nice and big. They have an essence spray as you walk into reception that weirdly just makes the whole place feel inviting. We stayed for two nights to go to a local club and we did a Spa day at the hotel's Y Spa on the Saturday which was brilliant."

"Overnight stay to be near Duxford for airshow. Couldn't have picked a better pub/hotel. Only 17 mins from hotel to show on quiet road. Rooms were high quality, large & recently modernised. My room had shower over roll top bath but father-in-laws had walk in shower. If unsteady on feet, ask for separate shower. Food in pub was excellent & reasonably priced. We skipped breakfast as they don't start serving until 9am on a Sunday & we wanted to get off to the show. We were offered...

"The location was very good. It was close to the train station and in an area with plenty of food options. It was also only a short walk to the historic college area. There is a locker provided in the rooms but you must provide your own lock. "
