"This hotel is without doubt “budget”. It’s dated and tatty and in the middle of nowhere, but the bed was comfy and was fine for a base for a couple of nights as I was working in Cambridge. The added bonus of having a basic continental breakfast was appreciated. Parking on site too. If it’s prices rise much more, it wouldn’t be worth it but for a cheap hotel it’s a decent enough base."

"You're above a pub, but right in the city centre, for real cheap. It's highly convenient, clean bathrooms and bedding, but be warned, it's above a pub. Its a bit noisy until late, but that's expected. Can't complain really. We left some headphones and keys behind but they were very kind to ship them back for us! "Good base for the week. Did have a couple of times people trying to get in as they thought it was part of the raptor foundation so had to have the door locked all the time. "The hotel is very comfortable. Good breakfast, and gym. All the staff were great, with the exception of one of the bar staff. I gave management feedback about how this person made a bad impression and distracted from an ongoing business meeting - they listened, apologised and gave me a free lunch. So they did all you could possible expect. Excellent customer relations. Thank you. I would stay again."
