"Nice big room, didn’t really interact with staff or anything other than the room as we were on weekend to the Birmingham games expo. Only 30 min drive to the NEC which was perfect. Bath and shower in room which was lovely after a long day. Easy check in and out. Car park free but must out you’re number plate in at reception. Nice little cafe bar 5min walk away "

"Staff were wonderful, but we had an executive room that was in a poor state of repair to the point that the fire safety information had to be reattached to the door. The list of defects were really high from holes in the carpet mismatched furniture door strip on the bathroom door coming off to name only a few. If this was an executive room the mind boggles what the standard room must be like."

"On arrival, my Sat Nav was unable to direct me to the entrance of the hotel. I have never been to Leicester before, so I called the reception for a few suggestions how to get into the car park. The receptionist, went above and beyond. She stayed with me on the phone (hands free kit) and guided me to the car park, and was so helpful and reassuring. Once I finally arrived, my son and I was greeted by the lovely friendly receptionist, who had guided me there, and another gentleman worker. Both...

"The hotel was ideally located for a family wedding celebration and very easy to find with plenty of free parking available. The room was showing it's age, but in no way affected our enjoyment of the stay; and breakfast was spot on. The staff are without doubt Kegworth's best asset: everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly, helpful and professional.
