Hotel slap bang in the middle of the town, so great position. Nothing at all to grumble about. Whilst we had no parking problems in May, it could be difficult to park at weekends and in peak season. There is a big car park 5 min walk away."

"Myself and husband stayed here whilst away celebrating our wedding anniversary. We visited Portmerion nearby and this hotel was situated not far from there. Staff were very friendly throughout our stay. On our arrival they showed us to our room. The room was huge,as was the en-suite. The room was very clean had all we needed for our stay. We chose to dine at the hotel and we were not disappointed! We both had steak for main and agreed it was possibly the best steak we had ever eaten and was it...

"We stayed for one night while visiting Wales. The check in experience was fine and staff friendly. The room was OK - we could hear sounds from other rooms in the morning and the bathroom had mould spots near bath taps, but other than that it was clean and pretty comfortable. Restaurant looked really nice which I guess is the reason why almost all the photos are of the restaurant. English breakfast tasted good! Thank you."

"The hotel is set in glorious grounds and woodlands and within easy reach of both Conwy and Betws-y-Coed. The room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was excellent, including cold meats, cheese, smoked salmon....more than enough! "
