"The front desk staff was exceptional: polite, helpful, and very accommodating. We arrived at 6:30am flying all night from Los Angeles and didn't get good sleep on the plane. We asked if we could pay extra to check in early, even though there was no room available at that time, they tried and moved things around and was able to get us checked in at 9am with just a small early check in fee. "Really great location, less than 3 mins to the underground MRT line, lots and lots of buses and convenience stores, coffee shops, tea shops and clothes shops on your doorstep. For Muslim visitors they are aware of requirements with prayer directions and times in the room and bidets, however the breakfast for vegetarians and Muslims are very basic. They implement an eco cleaning system where they do a full clean every 3 days but I found the room quite dusty despite this. Overall I would stay...

"Our unit was a windowless suite. We actually didn't miss not having a window since we had a beautiful mural of Taipei 101 in its place! Decor was a little spartan, no room for luggage storage. For the price, it was fine, we were comfortable enough. Location was good, easy access to mdrt and lots of restaurants within walking distance."

"Very convenient location by Daan park, close to an MRT stop, bus stop, and walkable. Hotel gave a welcome snack basket and staff were all very nice. Hotel/room itself is pretty standard - overall great for the price. "

"Taipei main station is about 15 mins walk from the hotel. Ximen station is about 8 mins walk from the hotel. Lots of food options nearby. There are convenience stores nearby as well. Hotel looks small from outside, but room was decent size. They provide free green tea in the lobby and there is a lounge area too. "

"Very convenient location for our tour which starts at the Songshan train station and is easy walking distance to the hotel. The MRT station and the night market entrance is right across the street and there are several banks next to the hotel. The room is clean but a bit small and we like the breakfast that is included. The only knock is that there is no space in the lobby to hang out for the group and the dining area is closed off for access after lunch. "

"Front desk is always friendly and very helpful. We have a handicapped accessible room where the shower is open to the rest of the bathroom without any door or separation. It’s fantastic for those who are handicapped but whole bathroom is wet once the shower is used. Recommend to put a shower curtain to prevent water splashing to the rest of the bathroom creating slip and fall hazard and still providing easy handicapped accessible function."
