You need to take the elevator up to the check-in floor. It's extremely convenient. You can take the subway to or from Taipei Main Station in a few minutes. It's a business travel hotel, so the room is in decent size but very clean. Same for the bathroom, with sufficient space for one person and amenities and design are also pretty good. Checkin lobby is at 7th floor and the hotel rooms takes a few different floors. My room is at 2nd floor. Going in and out of the hotel is easy, and there's a security guard at the lobby entrance of the building. I had a solo business stay and they accommodated all my needs, they even provided an ironing table when I requested an iron, which turned out to be very useful.
