"Excellent location and good value (when on offer). Enjoyed the stay however had a problem finding the hotel/car park. There are no signs how to get to the hotel and could easily end up on another car park on the ground flood (and get charged extra). No hotel phone number on tbe booking to call them. Also no info on hotel website on where to park."

"My mother required a more accessible bathroom because of new disability. Staff members Sallie and Steve McCabe were able to find her a suitable alternative room which made her stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Many thanks both"

"Overall had a lovely stay with my daughters. Big spacious room and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Great location, ammenities in close proximity within driving range. Small attention to detail would have been great. Room 119: remote control back cover was missing and the room key card holder cover was missing. Toilet was not flushing well. Lift could do with a makeover. But overall, a lovely stay."

"The service was good the staff was very friendly.room were lovely & clean but a bit small has we were a family of 3.but it didn’t mater because we only stayed in the room to sleep.top location 2min walk in to the busy city.we loved every moment of Liverpool can’t wait to return 😎"

"Good stay, however the bathroom needed updated. Room wasn't vacuumed or checked properly before i checked in. Not great but the room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is in a good location and easy to get to. "
