"The hotel was ok but not particularly clean or hospitable- no staff on duty except one man on check in. The bedvwas the most uncomfortable ive ever slept in. The worst thing is they have stolen my property- i left an item of clothing in the room and despite many calls and messages left , as they never answer personally, i have had no contact. I have also tried Hotels.com to discuss this issue and theur live chat line is useless. No response despite waiting for contact as instructed. The item was...

"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Wonderful Hotel and very helpful staff! Calm area close to the beach and a nice walk in to the city centre. The interior is a bit dated, but that is only part of the charm! Astounding view of the sea. Spent four nights at the hotel and would definitely stay here again when visiting Bournemouth. "
