"Lovely motel in the village of Huby 20 minute drive from York. Its room only but has lovely facilities large double room and en suite facilities. Good location for the moors and dales and York. Already booked for August "

"So this was booked as a deluxe appt with large balcony. Turned up to find the whole building in scaffolding getting the cladding done, no access to small balcony, fridge needs defrosting, external glazing dirty and still with plastic wrapping, laundry being tied in one of the storage areas. No response from complaint. Cigarette burn on bedding"
