Well arranged. 10 minutes walk from Selly Oak train station (10 minutes ride to Birmingham). Customer support service is very much appreciated as they answer and sorted all my confusions promptly. "The bedroom was basic but of a good size. The bathroom was also of a good size but the ceiling and walls were covered in mould, the wash basin was cracked and the toilet needed better cleaning. The bathroom needed a makeover. The stair carpet leading to the bedrooms was shabby and needed replacing or deep cleaning."
