"Cheapest accomdataion in town you are close to everything on Parrmatta road I stayed to do my TAFE course It is a pub locals are friendly staff were as well it was nice stay for cheap accomdation if you can accept that you will be fine. I had a good time you meet unique people at The Rose Hotel. Happy Hour was the best. Thank you to the manger and staff. You guy rock"

"I had a lovely couple nights there, checking in was fine. Every single staff member was great can't fault them for anything. Also I booked a one queen with private bathroom and ended getting an extra bed for free so thank you for that :). If I had to say some thing where they could improve is just the details cleaning in the bathroom. The bath tub spa nozzles were yuk yukky ewwe. And also just under the bed should be vacuumed once in a while. I dropped something and it rolled U der the bed and...

"Great value, nice hotel with lots of facilities near-by. Secure parking with access to accommodation and the street without going through hotel. Quiet for pub style acc. with little noise from pub, street or train line. Great food at reasonable prices. Room was cozy with opening windows, heater, fan, extra blankets, TV, wardrobe, tea/coffee kettle and ensuite bathroom. Comfy bed however may be short if your 6' plus."

"It's a working pub. The rooms are basic and clean. It's a place to put your luggage and to sleep at night. And it's reasonably priced. The rooms are upstairs and away from the noise, and although you can hear the muffled sound of live music on Friday night, it's over and quiet by 11pm.
