Rude, arrogant, aggressive
The manager refused my entry because I had my assistance dog with me. I showed the manager my certification paperwork but he had no idea of what an assistance dog is and refused to look at the paperwork then told me to leave and he will cancel my booking however he didn’t do this and I was charged the full booking fee even though I had no say in him cancelling my stay.

Why we were there my partner got bitten by something all over her back as I got bites over my arms legs and a few times the morning we left I found a few little bed bugs and went to the doctor's and thay said it looks like bed bug bites..
