"Overall it was not a great experience. The toilets were constantly clogged, the sheets had visible stains on them, and for some reason our property manager walked into our room without knocking an hour before check out. I understand you receive what you pay for, but having toilets which work and sheets without brown stains seems pretty basic."

"A very nice place to stay. This is not a tourist destination but the nearby area is very nice and worth a walk. There is a very nice pub at the hotel and we eat well. The room was very nice and clean."

"Great location in Beckenham, everything close by, but had to wait til 4.30 to get into our room ,when check in was stated as 3 o'clock. They did apologise and gave a busy schedule as a reason. The cleaners we met were lovely and polite and said the previous tenants were exceptionally messy. Overall good stay, but the apartments do need a little TLC."

"No contact from the hosts whatsoever with access details. Made countless phone calls to them...no answer! Very annoyed, had to book a hotel at last minute which was extra expense which we didnt need! Warning ⚠️ DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!"
