"The stay was so so, dun just judge the hotel by just looking at its photos. Room are smaller than it shown, cleanliness is good. The window shown was fake as it can open 5cm then touching the wall outside the window, therefore less ventilation in the room. For Malaysian standard travellers, suggest to spend a lil more to have proper hotel if you were to enjoy and gets quality rest after walking so much in the city. Nice bfast they cook for you. But overall not too bad for the price we paid. "

"Property marked incorrectly on map by Expedia. Needed local assistance to find it. Place locked up on arrival. Needed to phone for assistance. Security on room poor; small glass panels above doorlock. Any unskilled person could break glass and enter. No security box. Only cold water available on first and last day. Shower head leaking spraying water everywhere. TV and set top box unable to be plugged in, sockets not accepting plugs. Fridge not working."

"I had attended the hotel as per booking on Expedia and the reception told me that they are no longer dealing with Expedia website therefore the price of the room was not discounted as per at the time of my booking and I had to pay full amount if I wanted to stay. I asked if there is the case, why their hotel name is still attached with Expedia website and she couldn’t answer my queries. I will not book this hotel if I knew the issue from the beginning. "
