My boyfriend and I were thoroughly impressed with our stay at this hotel. The room facilities were impeccable—everything from the bedding to the kitchen utensils was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed. The receptionists, security guards, and cleaning staff were all incredibly friendly and professional. The location is convenient for getting around the city, and despite being close to Bui Vien Street, noise was not an issue for us. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of an in-room washing machine, but each floor has shared laundry facilities, so it wasn’t much of a problem. Our room was cleaned daily, with complimentary water bottles replenished, which made our 4-night stay even more comfortable. Plus, parking for motorbikes is free! I’ll definitely choose this hotel every time I come to Vietnam in the future, especially since my boyfriend loves Vietnam and plans to visit frequently.
