"Avoid at all costs! It’s a scam place. I pre paid for three nights and when I got there they said they don’t make online reservations as it was 3-4am in the morning and was exhausted after flying from London I had no other option than pay for one night in cash as they do t take card. "Checked in and asked for one more night. Paid for extra night and went upstairs. No remote control for A/C, room is very dirty and bathroom mat is distracting, the sink faucet looks like it will fall off. All furniture is outdated and in terrible condition. The only positive thing is when I came down the next morning and show them the pictures, told them I am not going to stay the extra night they refunded my money without any problem. Probably I wasn't the first person to complain."

"Undoubtedly the most luxurious and elegant hotel in Vietnam. First class service, the spa, the around the clock access to the wellness facilities, amazing dining, stunning decor, and incredible location. The Reverie was recommended to us from a few frequent flyers and lived up to all expectations. We also did the champagne Bentley city tour which was fun, comfortable, informative and accommodating. Thank you also for the surprise birthday cake for my wife. We will be back."
