The Japanese style to this hotel is a highlight, it’s minimalistic, clean and the location is surrounded by wonderful Japanese restaurants both affordable and high end. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Buffet breakky is simple but enough, with a nice egg station. Can’t wait to come back

I loved this hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The tea service in the afternoon, great! I loved the cold plunge. The staff was amazing and so kind. The only item for improvement is the jacuzzi on the roof. Gorgeous and wonderful but the surrounding area caused an unpleasant smell up there

Staff were all very kind and accommodating. Location is perfect, away from the city centre madness but still very walkable. Netflix in the room is a huge plus. The only complaint I have is the house keeping. The sheets were not changed the day I checked in as there were yellow stains on it. But after informing the staffs it was fixed accordingly.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was excellently appointed and always clean. The staff are amazing and very polite, helpful and kind, they have an amazing team from the front desk staff, kitchen and serving staff, house keeping and maintenance staff. The included breakfast supplied a wonderful array of hot and cold food and the complimentary afternoon was a cute get you through the afternoont tea. We will definitely stay here again if we venture to HCMC again. Well worth the very reasonable cost for our stay.

Amaya Saigon was perfect. Brand new, incredibly clean. Luxuriously sized rooms with amazingly comfortable beds and perfect bathroom. I loved the fact it had a free laundry with washers, dryers and detergent for guests. Jacuzzi area was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was extensive with many options of fresh food and drinks. I would recommend this hotel to travellers as a cool, quiet and graceful oasis.

From the great effort to communicate with us thru WhatsApp, to the refreshing drinks while checking in, to the continued hospitality and kind disposition during our stay, my fiancée and I were incredibly pleased with our stay at Amaya Saigon. My only regret was not making use of the other amenities (gym, spa, sauna, and pool) since such a short stay. The staff was beyond words with prompt response and smiles. The breakfast menu was delicious, savory, fresh and cater to many varied tastes. Its location is ideal for local eats, shopping, and the great energy of the streets of Saigon. Security is top notch and we felt safe and sound. We look forward to staying again to live out the full experience upon our return to Amaya Saigon.

A nice fresh and clean hotel with staff at your service for whatever you need. Breakfast was excellent, the rooms were spacious and clean and there’s even space for wellness. We even made good use of the self service laundry facilities saving us some money. The hotel were kind enough to prepare a fairly large breakfast box consisting of pastries and fruit including a coffee as we had an early flight out in the morning. They are located close to the river and other spots in the city with walking distance. Would absolutely recommend them for your stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
