This is a beautiful hotel in a nice location. I enjoyed my stay. It was a little warm, however, as their air conditioning was not as strong as other hotels I stayed. Something to consider with the heat in Ho Chi Minh.
Ok for a three star hotel. Rooms are designed nicely but they have seen better days. The first room I was shown was dirty. The walls are thin so you can hear more than you would like from your neighbours. The window to the street did nod close properly so there was a lot of noise from the street with heavy traffic.
The pool is very small and uninviting.
The cafe in the ground floor is very crowded and busy and the only way to enter the hotel is through the cafe. There are many young local people constantly taking pictures in front of the hotel facade.
The hotel rents out rooms by the hour possibly to attract photoshoots and other activities...
I would avoid this hotel and not stay here, hidden charges, bad service, concerning night time activity and poor quality food and drink.
There was a HUGE policies book in the room with charges if you touch anything, we slept there one night and got charged half a million for a dirty pillow, bedsheet and towels? Which is a laundry cost we’d expect to come with the room at the price of the hotel. Bedding was very average so didn’t feel like we were paying for a premium laundry either.
Were served warm beer and they had no chilled drinks at the bar - not ideal in 32c.
Service was awful - asked numerous simple questions and every answer was “no” and no one helped us with luggage or anything during our stay.
Saw what we think was a prostitute at 2am, a random very young girl was wondering around the hotel lobby with her shorts undone and tiny bra top and had to wake up the receptionists to serve us. Random noises in the night at 3am of people moving furniture around, not a soundproof room you can hear everything in the hotel.
Room, beds and bathroom were tiny with luggage included, there’s basically no space in the room.
Air con gave us a sore throat - probably unclean or has disease in it.
Aggressive security guard gave us filthy looks and scared us upon arrival told our taxi to move away and when using the pool.
Lovely looking hotel but very hollow and not worth staying in. There’s much nicer and better service others ones in Saigon.
Facilities are new. Decoration and interior design for the superior double bedroom was very impressive for the price. A small little gem of a hotel... just be aware that the neighborhood doesn’t have the greatest reputation.
