"Overall it was great. The staff are great, and made the experience a good memory. But at the price and with 5-stars, I was surprised to see multiple issues that could be addressed with a little more attention to detail and some basic maintenance. Just a random example is a hairdryer in our room that was obviously majorly cracked and looked unsafe to use. It worked and likely got dismissed by staff as “well it works, right?” For other 5-star hotels at this price, I expect it would get replaced immediately. "

"English level of the staff is very low. Sometimes it seems like they use this for ignoring customer's questions. Kitchen staff see no obstacles for working with cough and running nose."

"Special mentions at Club Lounge for Ngan, Annh, Nam and Quincy. Uyen is one of the best . The Cuban band at Saigon Saigon Rooftop Bar and Theo the manager there is extremely talented. Tri from concierge is also helpful."
