"Everything is fine and I am very happy to stay in this hotel. Very clean and well maintained. My suggestion to improve the stay experience is: I would like to suggest to change the television with one that allow you to switch the audio output to a bluethoot device. In this mode, everyone in the room can ear the television using the auricular of the cellphone without disturbing. In this mode no noises from other rooms and if someone want to sleep and your partner want to watch the tv it is possible without noise.."

"My family of 4 stayed in this lovely hotel twice, during our 16 days in VietNam. The staff, including the front desk Anna ,Angela and the doormen/ porters were extremely helpful. They gave us advice on where to eat, tours available, etc. Most helpful was allowing us to leave our luggage with them, when we took side trips to SaPa and Halong Bay. It relieved our anxiety, and everything was fine when we came back. Daily breakfast was very good, and rooms are spacious and clean. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel."

"Have stayed at the vin pear several times always an enjoyable experience, staff are polite and helpful, check in was speedy, room spacious and fully functional, very comfortable bed, breakfast has a good choice of both Asian and Western fare, although at peak times it can be hectic. Down side, although the location is excellent, nights can be noisy especially at weekends due to the beach parties, Biggest downside is that the Hotel pre booked airport transfers are extremely expensive we were quoted 1,400,000 dong for a transfer , however we managed to easily arrange a drop off for 500,000 with a private company. "We researched extensively about accomodation in Hanoi as it was our first visit there and the one constant that we found was how highly the guests rated Royal Palace hotel. On the strength of those recommendations we decided to try it for ourselves and it turned out to be a wise move. We spent 7 nights at Royal Palace and from there we explored Halong Bay and Sapa. The manager, Mr Jimmi got us a great deal on both of these tours and organised everything for us. He also gave us the best exchange rate on the Vietnamese Dong! The staff were great and made us feel right at home. They were very helpful with advice on where to eat and shop and anything else that we needed during our stay. We look forward to staying there again next year. "

"Loved our stay here! We got a complimentary upgrade to a sea view residence and the room was massive. Room was clean and we had pretty much everything we could need in the apartment. Their buggy pick-up times were a little slow so depending on where you're located, you might have to walk if you're going to the restaurant next to the lobby."
